yukoe displays chat hosted by Twitch and can show optional AI output. These guidelines explain where to report each kind of problem and what snowyukitty can disable inside yukoe.

Two reporting paths

Report a Twitch message or account to Twitch, which hosts and moderates that content. Report unsafe yukoe display, transformation, or generated-output behavior to snowyukitty for review and correction.

1 · Twitch-hosted chat

Use Twitch reporting for Twitch content

Twitch chat messages, accounts, emotes, and channel moderation are hosted and controlled by Twitch. Use Twitch's native report or block controls so Twitch can review the account or content and remove or restrict it where appropriate.

2 · yukoe behavior

Report what yukoe displays, changes, or generates

Use the content-safety issue form when yukoe fails to filter content as configured, presents a harmful translation or AI result, exposes content after it should be disabled, or otherwise behaves unsafely. snowyukitty can review the report and change or disable the affected yukoe behavior in an update.

The report mailbox is private, but never send OAuth tokens, API keys, complete private chat logs, unnecessary personal information, or illegal content. Use a short description, public Twitch identifiers only when necessary, and a timestamp or message ID instead of reproducing harmful content.

3 · Immediate controls

Stop processing before you report

  • Clear the local feedThe Live workspace can clear messages currently shown in yukoe without deleting anything from Twitch.
  • Ignore users or patternsAdvanced filters can stop matching users or text from being translated or posted by the automatic translation route. They do not hide the original chat row or block anyone on Twitch.
  • Keep output privateTurn off Twitch delivery so translations and generated results remain visible only inside yukoe.
4 · Scope and enforcement

What each party can remove

snowyukitty does not operate Twitch and cannot delete a Twitch message or ban a Twitch account. Twitch handles enforcement on Twitch. snowyukitty can correct, filter, or disable yukoe behavior and will act on Microsoft Store requests concerning content exposed through yukoe.
